Cydnee Kay Hutton

Cydnee Kay Hutton, 77, of Buffalo Township, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 in her home.

She was born April 14, 1944 in Freeport to the late Charles L. and Enace M. (Busatto) Mosthaf and has lived in the Freeport- Buffalo Twp., area her entire life.

Cydnee was a member of Harvest Baptist Church, Natrona Heights. In addition, she enjoyed sewing, crafting, was her grandson’s number one hockey fan, her granddaughter’s art admirer, and enjoyed working with the South Buffalo Elementary PTO.

She worked as a respiratory therapist at UPMC-McGee Women’s Hospital, Pittsburgh in the neonatal unit for 45 years, prior to her retirement in 2013.

Cydnee leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, C. Lynn (Matt) Welteroth of South Buffalo Twp., her granddaughter, Madison Margaret Welteroth, and her grandson, Tyler August Welteroth. 

She was preceded in death by her parents mentioned above.

Funeral and committal ceremonies will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 30th in the DENNIS J. DAUGHERTY FUNERAL HOME, 324 Fourth Street, Freeport, 724-295-3100. Her Pastor, Reverend Joe Miller will officiate. Cydnee will then be laid to rest privately beside her parents, in the Freeport Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, her family respectfully requests memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Harvest Baptist Church, 224 Harvest Lane, Natrona Heights, PA 15065.
