Deborah Lynn Delp

Deborah Lynn (Venesky) Delp, 70, of Sarver, Buffalo Township (Butler County) passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, in her home surrounded by family and friends.  She was born February 17, 1955, in DuBois, PA to the late Edward and Dorothy (Clinchoc) Venesky. Debbie was an extremely efficient homemaker all her life.

She is survived by her daughter, Nicole Cook of Vandergrift, her son Shane Cook of Apollo, her grandchildren, Shelby Cook, Tyler Parison, Colten Parison, Dylan Cook, Collin Cook, her brother Tom Dunlap of Richmond, VA and her companion of thirty years, Mike Trefelner. She was preceded in death by her parents mentioned above. At Debbie’s request there will be no public viewing. A celebration of her life will be held at the Freeport Event Center, 325 Fourth Street, Freeport, on Tuesday, March 11th at 5 pm until 7 pm. The DENNIS J. DAUGHERTY FUNERAL HOME, 324 Fourth Street, Freeport. (724-295-3100) is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
